Job Description
We are hiring Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors for a leading stock broking company in Kochi.
Salary:
- Relationship Manager: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
- Investment Advisor: Up to ₹6 LPA
- Attractive performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients through open-market activities, references and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Generate revenue through equity, derivatives, mutual funds, SIPs and other investment products.
- Cross-sell third-party financial and investment products.
- Understand clients’ financial requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition, revenue and SIP targets.
- Provide trading and investment-related support to clients.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular client communication.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in stock broking, banking, financial services, investment sales or capital markets is preferred.
- Good knowledge of equity trading, mutual funds, SIPs and financial products.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Candidates with an existing client network will be preferred.
- NISM Series VIII certification is preferred for the Advisor position.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Kochi.
