Job Description
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own our content creation and lead generation. You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and regularly posting short-form video content designed to turn viewers into business leads.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Design and post content specifically tailored to capture leads and drive traffic to our funnel.
- Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
- Consistent Posting: Maintain and execute a daily/weekly publishing schedule across platforms.
- Engagement: Respond to comments and DMs to nurture prospects and build relationships.
- Tracking: Monitor metrics weekly, focusing on lead conversions and audience growth.
- Requirements
- Experience: social media management with a focus on lead generation.
- Video Skills: Proficient in shooting with smartphones/cameras and editing in CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut.
- Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of platform algorithms, video hooks, and CTAs.
- Portfolio: Must provide examples of videos you have personally shot, edited, and managed.
- KPI GoalsConsistent increase in weekly inbound leads from social channels.
- Strict adherence to the posting schedule.
