Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and maintain complex dynamic underwriting models for acquisitions, developments, and joint ventures.
- Capital Structuring: Structure and secure debt and equity financing; manage relationships with lenders, investors, and banking partners.
- Asset Management Support: Track portfolio performance against pro-forma benchmarks, monitoring key metrics like IRR, Cash-on-Cash, and Net Operating Income (NOI).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Direct cash flow forecasting, project budgeting, variance analysis, and investor financial reporting.
- Due Diligence: Lead financial due diligence for potential real estate transactions, reviewing market data, closing costs, and tax implications.
