Job Description

Key Account Manager (Account Management Officer) – ChennaiLocation: Chennai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Department: Sales & Marketing

Travel: Required | Working Days: 6 Days/Week

Job PurposeDrive business growth by acquiring and onboarding new Booking Offices (BOs), generating freight indents, and ensuring successful truck placements.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and onboard new Booking Offices.
  • Generate freight indents from onboarded BOs.
  • Coordinate with the Traffic team for truck placements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and business operations.
  • Required Skills1–3 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or freight.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
