Job Description
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and consolidate daily operational and financial data into structured Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Report Generation: Create timely and accurate weekly/monthly performance dashboards, spreadsheets, and summaries for senior management.
Database Maintenance: Systematically organize and maintain company records to ensure data integrity, identifying and correcting any data discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with the internal finance, accounting, and plant operations teams at the Urla unit to gather background metrics.
Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and internal database management systems efficiently.
