# Job Description – Relationship Manager / Field Sales Executive (Insurance Sales)

## About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Field Sales team. In this role, you will meet customers in person, understand their insurance requirements, recommend suitable insurance products, and help them make informed financial decisions. This is a field-based role focused on relationship building, customer service, and sales. 

## Key Responsibilities

* Meet customers at their preferred locations.

* Understand customer insurance needs and recommend the right insurance solutions.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Achieve daily customer meeting and sales targets.

* Use company mobile applications for customer updates and reporting.

* Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-oriented with a passion for sales.

* Comfortable with field travel.

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of smartphones and GPS navigation. 

## Job Details

* **Working Days:** 6 days a week

* **Weekly Off:** One fixed weekday (Monday to Friday)

* **Field Travel:** Approximately 50–100 km per day

* **Daily Target:** Minimum 3 successful customer meetings (subject to lead availability)
