iPaymnt Tech Private Limited is an Open API and B2B platform for banking integration. We provide businesses with 100+ banking APIs and multiple software modules — including payment collection, KYC/verification, White-Label Neobank services, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), payout/money transfer APIs, lending, insurance, and investment integrations — enabling them to launch and scale financial products within weeks, without building infrastructure from scratch.
We are looking for B2B Software Sales Executives to identify and acquire business clients (fintech startups, e-commerce platforms, banks, and other companies) who need to integrate payment and banking software solutions into their own products. This is a B2B, service-integration sales role — you will pitch our API/software suite, understand client requirements, and coordinate onboarding with our technical team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach businesses (startups, banks, e-commerce, fintech companies) that need payment/banking software integration
- Pitch and sell iPaymnt Tech's B2B API & software modules — payment gateway, Pay-in & Payout, KYC/verification, White-Label Neobank, BaaS, Banking Transactions APIs, lending & insurance integrations
- Understand client's technical and business requirements and recommend the right combination of software/API modules
- Coordinate with the technical/integration team to ensure smooth onboarding and go-live for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, partners, and decision-makers (CTOs, Founders, Product Managers)
- Conduct product demos, sandbox walkthroughs, and proposal presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and maintain a client pipeline (CRM reporting)
- Stay updated on fintech/API industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate (preferred), 12th Pass with strong sales aptitude also considered
- Experience: Freshers and Interns welcome; prior B2B/SaaS/fintech sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of APIs, software integration, or willingness to learn technical concepts
- Comfortable with client meetings (in-person and virtual), cold calling, and follow-ups
