💰 Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives

🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and customer relationships. The role involves handling showroom walk-in customers as well as meeting architects, contractors, builders, and customers at project sites to generate business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Prepare quotations and convert inquiries into sales.
• Visit customer sites, architects, contractors, and builders for scheduled meetings.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up until sales are closed.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Handling.

• Experience in Plywood, Laminates, Hardware, Furniture, Building Materials, Interior Products, Real Estate, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Modular Kitchens, Automobiles, or related industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with customers.
• Willing to travel locally for customer meetings.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
