Job Description
Role Purpose
To support store-level merchandising, product visibility, stock checking and retail execution for Moon products across assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets as per route plan.
- Check product availability, shelf placement and display visibility.
- Coordinate with store staff for proper product placement.
- Ensure POSM, offers and promotional material are displayed correctly.
- Track stock-outs, damaged products and slow-moving SKUs.
- Share daily store visit updates with photographs.
- Collect basic market and competitor feedback.
- Support sampling, promotions and local brand visibility activities.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate / pursuing graduation in Marketing, Sales, Retail or related field.
- Freshers can apply.
- Interest in FMCG, retail and merchandising.
- Willing to travel locally within Bangalore / Hyderabad.
- Good communication and basic reporting skills.
