Factory Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, inventory management, operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets and delivery timelines.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Implement quality control procedures and maintain product standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational MIS.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
• Handle maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and manage factory staff and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
