Job Opening – Field sales Executive
*Location* : Banki, Odisha
*Qualification* : 12th Pass
*Experience* :
•Minimum 1 year experience
*Salary & Benefits:*
•Net Take Home (NTH): ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Travel allowance - 2500
•PF & ESIC benefits as per company policy
*Key Responsibilities:*
Assist customers in selecting suitable paint colors and combinations.
Understand customer preferences, space requirements, and design needs.
Provide color recommendations based on trends, lighting, and décor.
Demonstrate color shades, textures, and paint finishes.
Conduct site visits when required for color consultation.
Promote and explain paint products and services to customers.
Prepare color schemes and presentation boards.
Coordinate with painters, contractors, and sales teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Support sales targets through effective consultation and product recommendations.
*Requirements* :
•Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
•Good understanding of the local market.
