Kaashiva Power Innovations, a fast-growing solar EPC company and authorised Tata Power Solar dealer, is hiring an *HR Generalist* to independently own HR operations — PF ESI compliance, payroll coordination, leave & attendance management, recruitment, and employee relations — as we scale our team across Maharashtra and Gujarat...
# Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end *PF, ESI, and statutory compliance* filing and recordkeeping
- *Payroll processing* coordination with finance/accounts
- Design and enforce *leave and attendance policy* — approvals, tracking, escalations
- *Recruitment and onboarding* for field sales, commercial, and office roles
- Draft *offer letters, HR documentation, and employee records*
- First point of contact for *employee relations* and grievance handling
- HR support for a mixed direct-employee and subcontractor workforce
# Requirements
- 3–6 years' experience as an *HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Officer*
- Hands-on, independent experience with *PF ESI filing and statutory compliance* (mandatory)
- Experience at a *small-to-mid-sized company (under 50 employees)* preferred — startup or SME background strongly preferred
- Proven experience *designing and enforcing HR policy*, not only administering existing ones
- Strong skills in *MS Excel, HR documentation, payroll software*
- Prior exposure to *construction, EPC, real estate, or field-sales-driven industries* is a plus
