Job Description

Assist technicians in solar panel installation and maintenance activities.

Carry and arrange solar panels, structures, cables, and tools at the work site.

Support in mounting structures and assembling solar components.

Assist in cable laying and basic electrical work under the supervision of technicians.

Load and unload materials safely.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the work site.

Follow safety guidelines and use PPE while performing work.

Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks on
