Job Summary

Ornate Jewels is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Marketing Executive who can manage digital campaigns, customer calling, BTL marketing activities, and field visits. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and willing to travel for marketing events and promotions.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer calling for event invitations, follow-ups, and lead generation.
• Plan and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
• Visit societies, corporate offices, exhibitions, and other locations for promotions and event coordination.
• Assist in organizing jewellery exhibitions, customer engagement events, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, events, and marketing activities.
• Work closely with the Sales and CRM teams to improve customer engagement and conversions.
• RequirementsGraduate in any stream (Marketing background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Telecalling,
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and Meta campaigns is an advantage.
• Comfortable with customer calling and outdoor field work.
• Should be willing to travel within the city for marketing activities and events.
