Job Description
Job Title: Office Assistant (Purchase & Operations)
Job Location: Kandivali (West), Mumbai
Job Summary: We are looking for a sincere, hardworking, and organized Office Assistant to support our Purchase and Operations team. The candidate should be comfortable with both computer-based office work and manual tasks related to packing materials and labels.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with suppliers for label and packing material deliveries.
Follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
Maintain purchase records and Excel reports.
Perform data entry and documentation.
Count labels and verify quantities.
Tag labels on crates as per production requirements.
Coordinate with the store, production, and purchase departments.
Assist in day-to-day office and operational activities.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle both office and manual work.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Qualification: HSC / Graduate (Any Stream): 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with good computer knowledge can also apply.)
