Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Fiber Splicer to join our FTTH network team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fiber optic splicing and testing.
- Install and maintain OFC networks, FATs, FDBs and joint closures.
- Troubleshoot fiber faults and restore services.
- Ensure low splice loss and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with field engineers during network deployment and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience in FTTH/OFC splicing.
- Knowledge of OTDR, Power Meter and Fusion Splicer.
- Ability to read fiber route/network diagrams.
- Willing to travel for field work.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
