# Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive (Airtel)

**Position:** Sales & Marketing Executive

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 CTC per month

## Job Responsibilities

* Open Airtel accounts for new customers.

* Identify and approach potential customers to explain Airtel products and services.

* Explain the features and benefits of Airtel accounts.

* Assist customers in completing account opening forms, KYC, and documentation.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt support and resolving queries.

## Eligibility

* **Education:** 12th Pass

* **Language:** Basic English and Hindi

* **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Sales/Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

## Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Customer-focused approach.

* Basic smartphone knowledge.

* Ability to work in the field and achieve sales targets.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
