Job Description

  1. Core Loan Operations & CoordinationBanker Liaison: Ability to coordinate daily with multiple bank managers and credit teams for file movement.
  2. Disbursement Process: Thorough knowledge of checking pre-disbursement documents (RC copy, insurance, agreement, bank details).
  3. Query Resolution: Fast tracking and resolving any credit or legal queries raised by the bank's underwriter.
  4. Basic Excel Proficiency: Must know how to maintain and update the daily Loan Trackers in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  5. Data Sorting & Filters: Ability to filter data based on file status (e.g., Pending, Approved, Disbursed) for quick reviews.
  6. Status Updates: Timely entering accurate comments on every file's progress in the master sheet.
  7. Document KYC Check: Initial screening of customer documents (PAN, Aadhaar, ITR, Bank Statements) before bank login.
  8. Aggressive Follow-ups: Keeping a tight check on both banks and sales agents to reduce the TAT (Turnaround Time)
