The Greendoor Villa (TGDV) is a luxury villa management and rental brand redefining boutique hospitality across Goa, Varanasi, and western India. We manage a curated portfolio of premium villas, delivering exceptional stays for guests and consistent returns for homeowner partners. As we scale toward 40+ properties in Goa and expand into new markets, we're looking for driven individuals to join our growing team.


The Role


We're hiring a Tele Sales Specialist to drive inbound reservations and guest conversions over the phone. You'll be the voice of TGDV for prospective guests — converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, upselling premium stays, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's boutique, guest-first ethos.


What You'll Do


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to villa bookings, inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Convert leads into confirmed reservations through consultative selling and effective negotiation
  • Build rapport quickly with prospective guests and understand their stay requirements
  • Upsell and cross-sell villa packages, add-ons, and premium experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in our CRM/booking systems
  • Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Meet and exceed monthly booking and revenue targets
  • Adapt quickly to seasonal demand shifts, last-minute changes, and evolving processes


What We're Looking For


  • 2–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or phone-based customer conversion roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, with a track record of closing deals
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and evolving environment — we're a growing startup, not a legacy corporate setup
  • High adaptability and a problem-solving mindset
  • Target-driven with a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences


Good to Have


  • Prior experience in hospitality, travel, OTAs, or vacation rentals
  • Familiarity with reservation/CRM tools (e.g., Hostaway or similar platforms)
