Job Title

Business Development & Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Grime & Grease Garage, Electronic City, Bengaluru

Experience: 2–7 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Grime & Grease Garage is one of Bengaluru's fast-growing multi-brand automobile service and repair centres, specializing in premium, luxury, and everyday vehicles. From routine maintenance to complete engine overhauls, suspension repairs, diagnostics, and classic car restorations, we take pride in delivering dealership-quality workmanship with transparency and customer satisfaction.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Business Development & Customer Relationship Executive to help grow our customer base and strengthen long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new customer leads through corporate tie-ups, apartment communities, and local business networking.
  • Develop relationships with fleet owners, used car dealers, insurance surveyors, and corporate organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Represent Grime & Grease Garage at promotional events and customer engagement activities.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed workshop bookings.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers regarding service reminders and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure every customer receives a professional and exceptional service experience.
  • Payment Follow up

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly customer acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Promote value-added services and preventive maintenance packages.
  • Increase repeat business and customer referrals.
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional offers.

Coordination

  • Work closely with workshop operations to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors for customer updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or workshop management software.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or service advising.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for automobiles and customer service.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Comfortable using MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, email, and CRM software.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving licence (four-wheeler licence is an added advantage).
