Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssess clients’ fitness levels and health conditions
  • Design customized workout and training programs
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Conduct personal training and group fitness sessions
  • Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy habits
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment
  • Ensure members follow gym rules and safety guidelines
  • Motivate and encourage members to achieve fitness goals

Requirements & Qualifications:-

  • Proven experience as a Gym Trainer or Fitness Coach
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and cardio workouts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and build rapport with clients
  • Physically fit and energetic
