We are looking for a dynamic procurement leader who can strengthen our sourcing capabilities, build strategic partnerships with OEMs and distributors, and drive cost optimization while supporting our rapid business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's strategic sourcing and procurement strategy.
• Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, authorized distributors, national distributors, and key suppliers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, rebates, incentives, credit limits, and annual procurement agreements.
• Identify and onboard new brands, suppliers, and product categories.
• Lead procurement planning based on demand forecasting and business requirements.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Category teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing.
• Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor sourcing strategies.
• Improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance, and inventory turnover.
• Develop long-term sourcing partnerships that improve profitability and business growth.
• Lead and mentor the procurement team while establishing best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Desired Candidate Profile8–15 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in the IT Hardware, Consumer Electronics, Networking, Enterprise Technology, or Distribution industry is mandatory.
• Strong relationships with OEMs, authorized distributors, and national distributors will be a significant advantage.
• Proven expertise in commercial negotiations and vendor relationship management.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
