Job Summary

Rupeeland is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers, understand their needs, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience while driving sales.

Key Responsibilities-

Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products

Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits

Assist customers with billing, packaging, and product inquiries

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Handle customer complaints or concerns politely and efficiently

Support inventory management and stock replenishment

Requirements-

Minimum qualification: +2

Prior experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude

Basic knowledge of billing systems is a plus

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
