Job Description
Techflora Global Workforce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator – International Recruitment to manage overseas recruitment projects, coordinate with internal teams, clients, and candidates, and ensure timely execution of project activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities and recruitment operations.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.
- Schedule meetings and follow up on action items.
- Monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues.
- Maintain recruitment trackers using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
