Junior Accountant Cum Cashier

Kanoka Village Resort is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant Cum Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, cash handling, data entry, and taxation compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily cash transactions, and supporting the accounts department.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime.
• Prepare and manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filings.
• Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions and invoices.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain petty cash records and monitor cash flow.
• Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements: -

• Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting and cash handling.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Experience in TDS compliance and accounting procedures.
• Good data entry and computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Honest, responsible, and detail oriented.
