Job Description
*TWO WHEELER REQUIRED*
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management:
Handle staff placements and replacements as per client requirements.
Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth transitions of staff.
2. Client Engagement & Follow-ups:
Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing services.
Gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
3. Document Management:
Upload and maintain medical documents and other necessary records.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
4. Payment Collection:
Collect payments and advance payments from clients.
Maintain records of transactions and follow up on outstanding payments.
5. Length of Stay (LOS) Monitoring:
Track the length of stay for clients receiving services.
Communicate with clients to discuss service continuation or modifications.
6. Case File Updates:
Ensure all client case files are up to date with the latest service details.
Coordinate with internal teams to update records as needed.
7. Service Discontinuation Monitoring:
Check daily for any service discontinuation requests.
Ensure proper documentation and communication with clients regarding service termination.
