Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients
- Generate leads through calling, networking, and online platforms
- Explain company products and services to customers
- Promote WhatsApp Business API and communication solutions
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and customer records
- Coordinate with the technical and support team for client onboarding
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate with clients
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
