Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Location: Raipur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow online sales across marketplaces and the company website.
  • Handle product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog updates.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer support for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and optimize conversions.
  • Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns and marketplace promotions.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, or similar platforms.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and online sales analytics.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
