*Branch Manager – Car Detailing Center*

Job Role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Branch Supervisor to manage the overall operations of our car detailing center and ensure excellent customer experience, team performance, and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle overall branch operations and daily activities.

* Supervise and manage detailing technicians, drivers, and office staff.

* Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.

* Handle front office operations, appointments, quotations, and billing.

* Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor branch performance, productivity, and revenue targets.

* Safely drive and move customer vehicles when required.

* Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in automobile service, car detailing, or branch operations.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent customer handling and communication abilities.

* Valid driving license with good driving skills.

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Billing Software).

Preferred Candidate

A self-driven professional capable of independently handling branch operations, staff management, customer relationships, and business performance.

Experience: 2-5 Years

Location: Auto Herb, Baner or Andheri, Mumbai

Salary: As per experience and capability.
