Job Overview: We are looking for a Logistics Executive to manage dispatch, transportation, and inventory operations at our TMT Steel Bar Yard/Depot. The candidate will coordinate with transporters, warehouse staff, customers, and the sales team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily dispatches of TMT steel bars.

• Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for on-time deliveries.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain stock records and perform inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare daily dispatch, stock, and logistics MIS reports.
• Resolve delivery and transportation-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
• Eligibility: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or depot operations.
• Experience in TMT Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction industry is preferred.
