Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to manage end-to-end execution of premium commercial office interior projects in Gurgaon.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in corporate fit-outs, subcontractor coordination, quality control, vendor management, measurement verification, billing coordination, safety compliance, and daily reporting.

The candidate should be comfortable handling multiple agencies including Civil, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Furniture, Ceiling, and Painting contractors while ensuring timely project delivery within aggressive timelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesExecute commercial office interior projects from start to handover.
• Supervise civil, electrical, HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, false ceiling and finishing works.
• Verify contractor measurements before billing.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors and facility management.
• Manage labour productivity and subcontractors.
• Ensure project quality as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Material receipt verification and inventory monitoring.
• Resolve site clashes between services.
• Maintain project schedules and achieve milestone targets.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping.
• Attend client and consultant meetings.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals.
