Fast Food Cook

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Fast Food Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling our fast-food menu items with speed and accuracy. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensure every customer receives delicious, high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities​:

• Food Preparation: Prepare ingredients for the shift, including washing, chopping, and portioning vegetables, meats, and sauces.
• ​Cooking & Assembly: Grill, fry, bake, and assemble fast-food dishes (such as burgers, fries, wraps, sandwiches, etc.) exactly to company recipes and quality standards.
• ​Speed & Efficiency: Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours without compromising quality or presentation.
• ​Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard commercial kitchen equipment, including deep fryers, grills, ovens, and slicers.
• ​Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a spotless and organized workstation. Strictly adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• ​Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at your station, restock ingredients as needed, and minimize food waste.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• ​Experience: Previous experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook in a fast-food or casual dining setting is highly preferred (but we are willing to train the right person).
• ​Knowledge: Basic understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food safety procedures.
