Job Description
Data entry and record maintenance
Preparing quotations, invoices, and reports
Handling documentation and filing
Coordinating with sales, accounts, and operations teams
Managing emails and phone inquiries
Updating customer and vendor databases
Following up on orders, payments, and deliveries
Maintaining office records and MIS reports
Using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/CRM software
Providing administrative support to the team
