Barista

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas to join our team! As a Barista, you will be the face of our café—responsible for preparing beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to customers in accordance with company recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, equipment, and customer areas.
• Manage transactions using the POS system, including handling cash and card payments.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Support team members during busy hours and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or similar customer service environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus (training will be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
