কাজের দায়িত্ব:

• কোম্পানির জন্য সঠিক এবং দক্ষ কর্মী নিয়োগ করা ও ইন্টারভিউ নেওয়া।

• স্টাফদের উপস্থিতি, ছুটি এবং বেতনের হিসাব রাখা।

• অফিসের প্রতিদিনের কাজের পরিবেশ, নিয়মকানুন ও শৃঙ্খলার বিষয়টি নিশ্চিত করা।

• কর্মীদের কাজের পারফরম্যান্স দেখাশোনা করা এবং অফিশিয়াল যোগাযোগের (যেমন ইমেইল, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ) মান বজায় রযোগ্যতা:

• এইচআর (HR) হিসেবে অন্তত ১ থেকে ২ বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

• বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক।

• এমএস অফিস (MS Office) ও ইন্টারনেটের কাজ জানতে হবে।

• দায়িত্বশীল এবং সমস্যা সমাধানের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

Job Title: HR Executive

Salary: ₹12,500 - ₹18,000/- month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, interview, and recruit the right and skilled candidates for the company.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, leaves, and payroll.
• Ensure a positive daily work environment, discipline, and adherence to company rules.
• Monitor employee performance and maintain the standard of official communications (such as Email and WhatsApp).

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 to 2 years of practical work experience as an HR.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English are mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet operations.
• Must be responsible and possess a problem-solving mindset.
