Retail Store Manager

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Drive customer engagement and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to maximize performance.
• Monitor store KPIs, including sales, conversion, average bill value, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Handle cash management, billing, and store administration activities.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with support functions for smooth store operations.

Requirements-

• Graduate preferred.
• 3–8 years of retail experience, preferably in eyewear, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Store Manager role.
• Strong sales, team management, and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail billing/POS systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
