Job Description

  • Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare waffles, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
  • Take customer orders and explain menu items.
  • Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
  • Pack takeaway and online delivery orders accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the counter, kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
  • Monitor stock and inform the manager about inventory requirements.
  • Open and close the store according to company procedures.
  • Provide friendly customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
