Job Description
Contact customers via phone to remind them of overdue payments.
Follow up on outstanding accounts and negotiate repayment arrangements.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
Explain payment options, settlement offers, and due dates.
Update customer records and collection notes in the CRM/system.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Escalate disputed or high-risk accounts to senior management.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, company policies, and legal requirements (where applicable).
Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment updates.
Prepare daily collection reports and follow-up status.
