Experience- 3-5 years (Tele Sales, Admission counselling, sales)
Responsibilities and Duties
Relevant work experienced are required
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Generating leads from calling.
- Handling queries over telephone and walk-ins.
- Promote Academic Programs
- Visiting School & Colleges.
- Regular meeting & Constructive feedback
- Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Target Management (Setting individual Sales)
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM or reporting system.
- People Management Skill
- Build Relationships with organizations
- Ability to achieve Monthly Admission Targets
- To maintain Daily Sales Report
- Advise students on specific programs and admission procedures.
- Guide students on sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
