Job SummaryThe Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level engineering professional responsible for learning company processes, supporting engineering projects, and assisting with day-to-day technical operations. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior engineers to develop technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and practical experience while contributing to business objectives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the company's Graduate Engineer Training Program.
• Assist senior engineers in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
• Support production, maintenance, quality, and process improvement activities.
• Analyze technical data and prepare reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment, process, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, company procedures, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
• Maintain engineering records and technical documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen activities.
• Perform other engineering and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Production, or a related discipline).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are preferred.
• Required SkillsBasic engineering knowledge and technical aptitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of engineering software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools) is an advantage.
