Dark Store Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily dark store operations including inbound, stowing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Lead and manage store manpower, including pickers, packers, loaders, and support teams.
• Ensure order fulfillment, SLA, productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational targets.
• Monitor attendance, manpower planning, productivity, and team performance.
• Ensure proper inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, expiry management, and shrinkage control.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, security, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Analyze operational performance and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage peak operations and ensure smooth business continuity during volume surges.
• Requirements3–7 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Warehouse, Retail, or Logistics operations.
• Experience managing large teams and high-volume operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and operational metrics.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
