Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect and complete documents received from customers accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update all customer records in both physical and digital formats.
- Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized and easily retrievable.
- Update all groups with file status and move files to their respective group folders.
- Send regular email updates to bankers regarding file progress and document status.
- Attend incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information or assistance.
- Follow up with customers and leads to ensure timely document submission and service completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer files.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
