Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely packing, labeling, and dispatch of orders.
• Perform quality checks and verify products before dispatch.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth daily operations.
• Manage returns and ensure timely updates of returned products in the system.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and stock reconciliation activities.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and operational standards. Requirements
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse and operations environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or inventory operations is preferred.
