Job Description – Branch Manager (Bakrol Branch)



Oversee day-to-day branch operations including booking, dispatch, delivery, and customer service.



Manage branch staff, attendance, discipline, and overall team performance.



Ensure timely shipment movement and achievement of branch operational targets.



Monitor cash collection, billing, pending payments, and branch expenses.



Maintain customer relationships and support business growth in the branch area.



Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
