Office Boy – Job Description
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and office documents.
- Support HR and Administration teams in day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and office events.
- Perform outdoor tasks such as bank visits, document submissions, and purchases as required.
- Follow office policies and maintain punctuality and discipline.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
