Sales Trainer | Sshifa Herbal Remedies | Indore
Sshifa Herbal Remedies is a 40-year legacy Unani healthcare brand from Indore. We're building our sales capability and need someone who can take full ownership of how our team sells — with knowledge, confidence and purpose.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Train and upskill our existing sales team
→ Build deep product knowledge — ingredients, Unani principles, real benefits
→ Identify skill gaps and fix them with structured coaching
→ Develop training materials and objection-handling guides
→ Track performance and report progress to leadership
WHO WE NEED
→ 2–4 years in sales training or coaching
→ Healthcare, wellness, herbal or pharma background —(is a plus)
→ Someone who can make complex things simple
→ Strong communicator, natural coach
THE OFFER
→ Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
→ Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
→ Full-time, On-site, Indore
