The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of holiday products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into memorable international vacations. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales inquiries for international holiday packages across East and South East Asia.
- Design customized FIT and Group Tour itineraries based on client requirements and budgets.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and travel plans for customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and relationship management.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, DMCs, airlines, hotels, and visa partners.
- Provide destination guidance, travel advice, and product recommendations.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely customer communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on destination trends, visa requirements, seasonal offers, and tourism developments.
