Job Description
* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
* Explain company services and generate sales opportunities.
* Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Tele Sales
* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environm
