Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• This position is for FEMALE candidate only
• Manage daily accounting entries including journal, ledger, purchase, sales, invoices, and vouchers.
• Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, bank reconciliation, and periodic financial reports.
• Handle invoice generation, accounts receivable/payable, payment processing, and invoice reconciliation.
• Manage GST filing, TDS compliance, E-Way Bill generation, and related statutory documentation.
• Coordinate accounting documentation for logistics, imports, exports, customs, and LC transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with internal teams for billing, payments, and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting, P&L, Balance Sheet, GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in Tally, MS Excel, payment processing, purchase/sales entries, and invoice reconciliation.
• Knowledge of import-export, logistics, customs, and LC documentation will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work accurately within deadlines.
