Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present company services and business solutions.
- Conduct client meetings (online & offline).
- Prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM and client records.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, Finance preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- 1–5 years of Sales/Business Development experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
